Welcome to our Live Help page! Please know that our customer volume is usually incredibly high and most of our customers have in-depth questions about our products and/or their security and surveillance needs.
While we do our best to answer each Live Help request that we receive - sometimes it is just not possible to do without infringing on the time required to help other customers.
Important: As stated on our Contact Us page. Due to the potential legal areas with the products we sell; we can only handle customer service via email so that both parties have a written documentation of what transpired, or was said, throughout the transaction.
When to use our live help feature:
- If it is available (blue fish) then click on the image and we'll do our best to converse with you online.
- If you find yourself waiting more than a minute or so - or it is after normal business hours - then it might be best to use our Contact Us form as linked to above.
- If live help is not available (orange fish) then you can still click on the image to leave us a brief message or question and someone from the correct department will respond to you via email.
- If you are a returning customer that has a detailed technical support question - then please use our Contact Us form instead and someone from the appropriate service department will get back to you in a timely manner.
