CELL PHONE RECORDING: It is not discrete. By this we mean, that there is no device sold on the market today that you can insert
into a cell phone or hide anywhere on a cell phone to secretly record conversations! If a vendor claims that their unit does record
cell phone conversations, it is accomplished by the recorder hanging off the end of the phone you wish to tap. It would be in plain
view for all to see including the person you are trying to secretly record and therefore would defeat your entire purpose. SEE
NEXT SECTION FOR SIMPLE SOLUTION. Secondly, it is illegal to record two party cell phone conversations without you being a part of
the conversation, and even then (if you are a part of the conversation) - it may still be illegal in your state, or in the state you are calling, if
the other person is not informed of the recording before you begin to record. Therefore, we do not sell “CELL PHONE” recorders.
Better yet, we have not found a device that can legally record both sides of a cell phone conversation to this date. If you were to find a
device that could record a cell phone - it would be priced well into the thousands dollars range and probably intended for FBI use.
NOTE: We used to sell an accessory that allowed you (the caller) to record a cell phone conversation, but the jack only came in one
form. With the ever-changing models of cell phones, cell phone hands-free sets, and the difference in head-set jack dimensions or
styles of the cell phone industry today - it is nearly impossible to make a quality cell phone recording connection for a digital voice
recorder that would fit across the entire spectrum of cell phone makes, models, and designs. Again, for all of these reasons, you will
not find cell phone recorders on our site. Other sites will let you buy first, and then get frustrated later. As with any phone tapping
device, it is best to check with your local, state, and federal regulations before considering usage.

ALL IS NOT LOST >>> Many of our customers use our digital recorders and pen recorders to catch at least one side of a cell phone
conversation. With a little creativity, and while staying within the limits of the law, our recording devices can record in a nearly unlimited
amount of covert, body worn, or analog phone recording settings and scenarios.

GPS VEHICLE OR PERSONAL TRACKING DEVICES: There are many quality GPS Tracking devices available for an unlimited amount of
applications - whether for recreation, security, or merely outdoor navigation. We do not sell GPS Tracking devices on our site because
of the extreme potential of our users getting caught while using them to track their target subject. Many “Spy Sites” do sell them as
“personal tracking devices” but you’ll need to worry about your subject finding the tracking device itself, or actually finding the monthly
credit card charges on your credit card statement. Yes, to buy and purchase a GPS tracking device, you’ll be automatically subject to
purchasing a monthly service plan, more email traffic to your inbox about the service, junk mail about GPS Tracking sent to your
physical mail box or billing address, and you’ll need to either buy a GPS receiving device or have a dedicated computer or laptop that
can run the software to track your GPS target....all of which can make your situation much worse once your subject finds out that you
were tracking their every move.

“ZERO BATTERY DRAIN” PHONE RECORDERS: Okay folks, we love this one! Many sites sell their digital recorders on the net while
advertising “ZERO BATTERY DRAIN” - well, that is not physically possible. Bottom line: If a phone recorder can record for 7 hours
straight on a new set of batteries, then the phone recorder will not work after 7 hours of phone calls. So, if you’re recording phone calls
in your home, and your teenager makes a two-hour call, and your other family members make 6 different 10 minute calls on a daily
basis....you’re using a minimum of 3 hours of batteries each day. You can do the math to see that your recorder will run out of batteries
in just over two days. That is why we sell a low costing power adapter with all of our phone, watch, and pen recorders for your
convenience.

>> THINK ABOUT IT - If there was such a thing as a “ZERO BATTERY DRAIN” electronic device, they would also be selling at all of the
major electronic retailers in America - the fact is.....that they are not. Therefore, you should be 100% wary of any site that sells these
digital phone recorders as “ZERO BATTERY DRAIN” anywhere in their product description because they are blatantly attempting to
mislead the customer.
