We've made ordering from our site as simple, and as straight-forward, as we possibly can.  We know that many people want to keep their transactions from our site as

MONEY ORDER page.  Unlike most sites, we do not charge a "Money Order processing fee" and the process
is extremely fast and discreet.

HOW TO QUICKLY AND EASILY ORDER FROM OUR SECURE SITE: Click through our site and find the product of your choice. Choose color or style if the option is available, and
click the ADD TO CART button.  Then you'll be taken to your "Keep Shopping" link, or you can go to the checkout process with a click of a button.  You can quickly and easily use
our "Shipping Calculator" tool on our main shopping cart page.

YOUR BILLING ADDRESS: If you are placing an order here on our site - WE NEED THE EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that is registered on your credit card...or your order will be
delayed
.  To process your order, we must have your full first and last name, and the correct billing address that is on file for the credit card you are using.  A quick call to the
1-800 number on the back of your credit card can get you that address in a hurry.   
(This is the same billing address, and full name, that is shown on your credit card statement.)

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS and WHERE WE SHIP: USPS is our primary shipper - so we do ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Addresses, and we also ship to Canada.  Your shipping
address must match your billing address due to the ever increasing amount of fraud on the web today.  If the address you want to ship to is NOT your billing address, then you
can make a 5-minute call to the 1-800 # on the back of your credit card and add the shipping address of your choice as an "alternate billing address."  
We do not ship or sell
products to, or within, the state of Idaho.  

Important Shipping Note: If you provide us with an invalid shipping address, or you neglect to retrieve your package, and it is returned to us as "Refused" "Unclaimed"
"Address does not exist" ....etc; we will refund your card MINUS the original shipping charge and the Order Cancellation charge (as shown on our primary
policy and terms of
service page).  You'd be surprised at how many customers do not provide us with the proper shipping address.  (Some customers have even given us the wrong city, and then
try to blame us for their mistake - sorry, that's not how it works.  We do not read minds, we only sell top quality security products at the lowest price possible - it's up to you to
know where you live.)
For orders placed before 2:00pm (Mountain time zone / GMT -7) we do our best
to ship the same day.  Errors in your billing or shipping information will cause delays.


Shipping times are calculated using only "business days" only - we do not ship on weekends.

USPS Express Delivery = 2-3 business days

USPS Priority Delivery = 3-5 business days


WE DO NOT OVERNIGHT OUR PACKAGES BECAUSE EACH PRODUCT GOES
THROUGH OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.
